Options range from EXC Talks,™ to EXC Encounters™ to a chat with your EXC Guide™. On Nieuw Statendam, the EXC desk is way up high in the Crows Nest top deck observatory. Equipped with the latest technology, EXC guides can help plan day by day, verify your plans made in advance as good choices and offer skilled advice based on your interests. These people are about a half step away from VR headsets which is a just couple thinks shy of the ability to visit places in real time without leaving the ship. Sign me up for that one please.
