Holland America Line’s new ms Koningsdam will sail into service shortly, charting a new course for the Netherlands-born cruise line.  While simultaneously respecting Holland America’s past and positioning them for future growth, the rollout of ms Koningsdam is going to be quite a story to watch.

 

 

In a different universe, Viking Cruises made the jump from rivers to oceans last year, launching new Viking Star. That adventure continues now as we sail the maiden voyage of twin sister Viking Sea, another interesting story to follow as it unfolds before our eyes.
