Carnival Jubilee Floats Out, Salutes Home Port

Carnival Cruise Line’s upcoming ship, Carnival Jubilee, achieved a significant construction milestone as it floated out of the covered building dock at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, revealing a Texas star proudly displayed on its bow.

The Texas star symbolizes the cruise line’s commitment to the Port of Galveston, where the ship will sail year-round. Carnival Jubilee is part of the Excel-class and will offer exciting features like the BOLT roller coaster and six themed zones with extensive dining, beverage, and entertainment options.

The ship is set to begin Western Caribbean itineraries in late December, marking a new era of fun for Carnival guests.
