The update features a sophisticated array of Caribbean-themed meals and island-inspired cocktails designed to complement the tropical atmosphere of the region.

Guests can look forward to a diverse selection of high-end dishes, including Yuzu Butter Grilled Lobster Tails, Jerked Oxtail Croquettes, and a traditional Caribbean Seafood Boil. These creations are the result of a collaboration with the cruise line’s esteemed Culinary Ambassadors, featuring world-renowned chefs like David Burke, Masaharu Morimoto, Ethan Stowell, and Jacques Torres. To accompany these flavors, the beverage program has been expanded to include thirty-five unique rums, specialized Aperol Spritz options, and refreshing regional smoothies.
