This is perfectly complemented by the savory “Sauteed Beef Short Ribs with Diane Sauce,” which features boneless ribs seared to a tender perfection and finished with a rich, aromatic sauce inspired by classic London steak preparations. Additionally, the menu boasts plump, flame-grilled “Grilled Oyster” that highlights the pure, fresh flavors of the ocean.
