Seabourn Welcomes Renowned Storytellers For Autumn Voyages

  • Inaugural Speaker Lineup: Four prominent voices from The Atlantic—David Frum, Megan Garber, Yvonne Rolzhausen, and Evan Smith—will headline Seabourn Conversations in autumn 2026.
  • Dedicated Autumn Itineraries: The speakers will join two Seabourn Ovation voyages: a 13-day New England and Atlantic coast sailing and an 8-day Southern Caribbean itinerary.
  • Fleetwide Literary Enrichment: Guests will enjoy access to digital publications and curated onboard libraries featuring books by historic and contemporary Atlantic writers.
  • Milestone 2028 Anniversary Sailing: The collaboration will lead to a 12-day dedicated voyage on Seabourn Quest from Montreal to Boston during the line’s 40th anniversary year

Ultra-luxury ocean travel is reaching new intellectual heights as Seabourn announces its inaugural lineup of distinguished guest speakers from The Atlantic for the autumn 2026 sailing season. Marking the first major activation of an exclusive three-year collaboration between the cruise line and the award-winning publication, this initiative enhances the celebrated Seabourn Conversations enrichment program aboard select luxury voyages. Guests sailing aboard Seabourn Ovation will enjoy direct access to influential journalists, editors, and cultural commentators who will lead engaging discussions on media, governance, history, and modern society.

The featured programming debuts on two distinct autumn itineraries. The thirteen-day Atlantic Coast: Lighthouses and New England Charms voyage, embarking October 31, 2026, welcomes staff writer Megan Garber alongside senior editor and head of fact-checking Yvonne Rolzhausen. Travelers on the eight-day Southern Caribbean Gems journey, setting sail November 20, 2026, will hear from staff writer and author David Frum as well as managing director of events Evan Smith.

Beyond live presentations and moderated forums, the partnership introduces thoughtful literary touchpoints throughout the fleet. Travelers on select sailings will receive complimentary digital access to The Atlantic, while shipboard libraries will showcase curated collections of recent magazine issues and works by past and present Atlantic authors.

Looking ahead, additional programming will unfold throughout 2027, culminating in an exclusive twelve-day anniversary voyage aboard Seabourn Quest in October 2028 celebrating Seabourn’s fortieth year. By uniting world-class ocean hospitality with inspiring ideas and meaningful cultural dialogue, Seabourn continues to redefine enrichment on the high seas.
