The resort operates on a 24-hour, all-inclusive basis, ensuring that dining and beverage services are available at all times. The culinary selection is broad, featuring the Karibu main restaurant along with several specialty venues including Krystal for fusion dishes, Duomo for Italian cuisine, and Helios for Mediterranean fare. There is also a steakhouse and a Pepe’s Food fast-food kiosk for quicker meal options. The property features six bars, including the Madafu swim-up bar and the Capuchino cake and ice-cream shop. Recreational facilities are highlighted by two infinity pools and the Renova Spa, which includes a swimming pool and steam bath.

Guests can participate in a structured daytime activity program or attend evening live music and shows. Additionally, the hotel offers access to water sports at the neighboring Riu Jambo, where kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are available. The opening also debuts the RIU Party entertainment series in Tanzania, with themed events held every Friday. These parties are accessible to guests from all three RIU hotels on the island, encouraging a unified social experience. This expansion reflects a strategic focus on growth within the Indian Ocean tourism market.
