Virgin Voyages is expanding its operations to the West Coast in the spring of 2026 with the debut of its fourth and final ship, the Brilliant Lady. This marks the company’s first season in the Pacific region, introducing its signature adults-only, kid-free cruising experience to a new market. The ship is designed to provide an elevated and culturally focused journey, offering itineraries that depart from major ports such as Los Angeles, Seattle, and Vancouver. The West Coast season is divided into four distinct regional options, allowing passengers to book individual segments or combine them for a longer, continuous voyage.

The first region focuses on the Mexican Riviera, with five to seven-night cruises departing from Los Angeles. These itineraries include stops in popular destinations like Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Ensenada, and Puerto Vallarta. The second region highlights Pacific Coastal cruises, which connect iconic cities along the coastline. Ranging from five to eight nights, these trips stop at locations such as Catalina Island, San Francisco, Astoria, and Victoria, British Columbia. The third region centers on Alaska, offering seven to twelve-night immersive sailings from Seattle and Vancouver. Passengers will experience scenic cruising through the Inside Passage, Hubbard Glacier, and Tracy Arm Fjord, with scheduled port calls in Juneau, Skagway, Sitka, and Haines.
The fourth region features a Panama Canal crossing, serving as a transitional voyage between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. The initial sixteen to seventeen-night sailing departs from Miami to Los Angeles in March 2026, with a return trip scheduled for October. These specific routes include extended stops in Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Panama.

Throughout all regions, the Brilliant Lady maintains Virgin Voyages’ commitment to a premium, adult-focused environment. The ship features over twenty eateries with menus curated by award-winning chefs, comprehensive wellness amenities including a running track, gym, and spa, and design-forward cabins that resemble boutique hotels rather than traditional staterooms. The onboard experience also emphasizes unique entertainment and vibrant nightlife options. With limited sailings available for this inaugural season, the deployment of the Brilliant Lady offers a fresh approach to cruising along the Pacific Coast, prioritizing relaxation, culinary exploration, and adult-centric activities without the presence of children on board.
