After identifying the top U.S. states for senior-friendly travel, the team at Mirador Living expanded the analysis globally to highlight the top countries offering the best travel experiences for older adults.

Singapore leads the list, thanks to its excellent healthcare system, high density of accessible accommodations, and wide range of mobility-friendly tours.

• Singapore tops the list (Score: 91.93), outperforming larger countries with world-class healthcare (Health Score: 86.9), a dense supply of accessible accommodations (115.71 per 1,000 sq km), and the highest number of accessible tours (308.57 per 1,000 sq km).
  
• Mauritius (#2, 91.02) and Portugal (#3, 82.90) follow. Mauritius offers the highest density of accessible accommodations (156.65 per 1,000 sq km), abundant sunshine (2,909 hours annually), and affordable dining ($6.58 per meal). Portugal stands out for strong healthcare, good accessibility, and a mild Mediterranean climate.
  
• The rest of the Top 10—including Italy, the UAE, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Greece—each showed different strengths across healthcare, accessibility, climate, and affordability, giving seniors a range of global travel options.
