The “Rhythms of the Night” experience in the Bay of Banderas has entered a new phase with the launch of the “Premier Gastronomic Journey.” This initiative, introduced by the Adventures Group, marks a significant shift for the long-standing dinner-and-show attraction by integrating high-end signature dining into its nightly program. For the first time, the production has partnered with a professional chef to develop a curated menu, aiming to elevate the culinary standard of the event to match its established reputation for performance art.
The menu is designed by Paco Ruano, an internationally recognized Mexican chef whose flagship restaurant, Alcalde, holds a prominent position on the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Ruano’s culinary style is noted for combining contemporary techniques with traditional flavors rooted in his home country. His work for this specific project is heavily influenced by his early professional years in the Puerto Vallarta region. The dishes emphasize the natural resources of the Pacific coast, utilizing local seafood, regional spirits like raicilla, and seasonal tropical fruits.
The experience is structured as a multi-stage evening, beginning with a sunset cruise across the bay to a secluded cove.
