Railbookers Group, operating under its Amtrak Vacations brand, has unveiled the “Stars and Stripes Collection,” a new series of 23 rail vacation itineraries. This collection is specifically designed to showcase the beauty and history of the United States by train and coincides with the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

The new trips span the country from the historic colonial capitals of the East Coast to the Pacific shoreline, covering a quarter-millennium of U.S. history and iconic landscapes. The itineraries utilize Amtrak’s most venerable routes, including the California Zephyr, City of New Orleans, and Coast Starlight, offering travelers comfort and ease across spectacular American scenery.
As Amtrak’s national tour operator, Amtrak Vacations crafted each itinerary to provide a seamless travel experience, packaging rail and hotel accommodations, along with curated sightseeing and activities at each destination. The collection features over three dozen destinations that cover major cities (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago), historic sites (Boston, Philadelphia, Williamsburg), cultural hubs (Memphis, New Orleans), and at least seven U.S. National Parks. All itineraries are available for flexible booking now, with travel dates extending up to two years into the future.
