For summer 2025, Costa Cruises is introducing a refreshed portfolio of Sea & Land Destinations, featuring richer, more exciting and unexpected experiences. These new options offer guests the opportunity to discover unforgettable destinations both at sea and on land, available exclusively with Costa.

Sea & Land Destinations represent a new way of traveling, where the sea and the land create unique and complementary opportunities that transform each trip into a spectacular, multi-sensory experience designed to amaze guests.

Sea Destinations are accessible only by ship, celebrated through experiences on board that can include stargazing in the middle of the sea or exploring the Cetacean Sanctuary. These marine destinations are complemented by Land Destinations, featuring a renewed design of land options in the most iconic places, personalized and developed to maximize each locale according to the needs of guests. From guided tours to iconic sites, adrenaline-pumping adventures to family-friendly activities, each excursion is designed to offer experiences to be shared together.

Sea Destinations: Discovered Only with Costa
“Sea Destinations,” launched in spring 2024, are a differentiating highlight of a Costa cruise. Guests will enjoy unforgettable moments from the unique perspective of the sea. The ship slows down or stops at specific points of navigation, allowing guests to discover new places and delight in extraordinary moments.

New and Returning Sea Destinations in the Western Mediterranean:
- Calanques National Park Bay – Symphony at Dawn: At dawn, the ship slows in front of the cliffs of Les Calanques. Between the scents of lavender, piano notes and an American coffee, the sun lights up the sea. A magical moment to be experienced only on board. Available with Costa Toscana.
- Capri Bay – Swing Symphony: The ship approaches Capri, Italy, at dawn. A small square in Capri comes to life among majolica, citrus fruits and jazz notes. The profile of the stacks is revealed in the morning light, while enjoying a coffee and a slice of Capri cake. Available with Costa Smeralda.
- Ibiza Bay – Sunset Party: At sunset, the ship slows down in Ibiza Bay. A DJ set, live saxophone and tribal beats turn the deck into a seaside party, as the sun plunges over the island. Available with Costa Toscana.
- Palma Bay – Magaluf Jungle Party: In the bay of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, at nightfall, the ship slows down and turns into a world apart. On deck, an electrifying jungle party comes to life, inspired by Magaluf’s famous rhythm, with lights, tribal dances and DJ sets under the stars. Available with Costa Pacifica.
- Pelagos Sanctuary – Cetacean Echoes: In the heart of the Cetacean Sanctuary, the ship slows down to offer an exciting and immersive experience, discovering the mysterious world of whales and dolphins, dancing in light and shadow between submerged sounds, movement and images from the deep. Available with Costa Smeralda and Toscana.
- Balearic Sea Darkest Spot – Sea of Stars: In one of the darkest points of the Mediterranean Sea, the ship turns off its lights to make room for the sky. The stars show themselves in all their intensity. Available with Costa Smeralda, Costa Toscana and Costa Pacifica.

New and Returning Sea Destinations in the Eastern Mediterranean:
- Venice Lagoon – Summer Carnival: The ship enters Italy’s iconic Venice lagoon in the late afternoon. Lightweight masks, colorful fans and music transform the deck into a Carnival suspended between water and light. Available with Costa Deliziosa.
- Calypso Deep – Abyss Party: At the deepest point of the Mediterranean Sea, the ship celebrates the abyss with lights, sounds and symbolic creatures. An experience that makes the invisible visible. Available with Costa Deliziosa.
- Ionian Sea Darkest Spot – Sea of Stars: In the middle of the Ionian Sea, far from any coast, the sky reveals itself in all its purity. The constellations are drawn above the ship, in absolute silence. Available with Costa Deliziosa.
- Etna Skyline – Wine Experience: In front of the Ionian Riviera, the profile of Etna accompanies a toast with local wine and Sicilian specialties. Live music and sunset light complete the atmosphere. Available with Costa Fascinosa.
- Dardanelles Strait – Dervishes Show: In the strait that unites Europe and Asia, the Dervishes spin around and dance on deck in an ancient ritual. Available with Costa Fortuna.
- Santorini Archipelago – Endless Sunset: The ship moves between the Greek islands to find the perfect spot from which to watch the sunset. The sky lights up, music accompanies the moment, and the sea reflects every nuance. Available with Costa Fortuna.
- Mykonos Bay – Sea Party: In the illuminated bay of Mykonos, the ship stops for a night party with cocktails, music and reflections on the water. An experience that vibrates with the soul of the Greek island. Available with Costa Fortuna and Costa Fascinosa.
- Sicily Strait Darkest Spot – Sea of Stars: In the heart of the Strait of Sicily, the ship slows down to admire the purest sky. No light, only stars and silence. Available with Costa Fascinosa.

Sea Destinations in Northern Europe – All available with Costa Diadema.
- Geirangerfjord – Seven Sisters: The ship enters the Norwegian fjord between green walls and narrow waterfalls. The Seven Sisters descend lightly from the rock, while mulled wine warms the hands and the gaze is lost in beauty.
- Norwegian Sea – Friluftsliv Meditation: In the heart of the Norwegian Sea, guided meditation inspired by Friluftsliv, or love of “life in the open air,” invites guests to slow down, breathe and listen. The sea becomes a space of quiet and connection.
- Baltic Sea – Sea of Stars: At night, the ship slows down at a point in the Baltic Sea known only to those who sail, giving guests a guided journey among stars, planets and constellations, away from any artificial light.

Land Destinations: New Experiences You Can’t Do On Your Own
Land Destinations are land-based destinations characterized by completely renewed excursions, designed to offer exclusive options that cannot be replicated independently, divided into four categories to meet the different desires of travelers. Each “Land Destination” is characterized by organized experiences that allow guests to fully explore these destinations, going beyond a simple sightseeing visit. Each “Land Experience” is designed as an opportunity for authentic discovery, making experiences on land an integral and essential part of the journey: discovering the cities without stress by optimizing the times, becoming immersed in history by discovering the most iconic places with privileged access, trying adrenaline-pumping adventures and having fun with engaging activities dedic

Every moment is designed to amaze guests and lead them to discover places, on the sea as well as on land, as only Costa can. The 2025 offerings represent the evolution of the Costa cruise concept: extraordinary destinations accompanied by authentic and unrepeatable experiences lived on sea and on land, in the magic of sunsets, under starry skies, through bays, natural bottlenecks and unspoiled landscapes.

The “Sea & Land Destinations” may be carried out in a different way or, at the very least, be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and/or exceptional circumstances.

The new itineraries are already available at Costa partner travel agencies and on the official website www.costacruises.com.
