This elite unit caters to high-profile travelers, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. The new uniform reflects the team’s elevated service standards, echoing the iconic Emirates cabin crew look while establishing a distinct identity for this specialized role.
Designed in-house, the uniform features three distinct styles: a stylish A-line skirt suit and a chic pant suit for women, and a tailored three-piece suit for men. The color palette evokes the UAE’s desert landscape with warm sand tones, accented by a vibrant red collar and cuffs for women. The iconic Emirates red hat, adorned with a gold logo pin, and an elegantly draped cream-colored chiffon scarf complete the look.
This 145-strong team, comprising over 50 nationalities, assists more than 150,000 Premium and VIP passengers annually. Their clientele includes a diverse spectrum of high-profile individuals, from heads of state and royalty to celebrities and influencers. The team meticulously plans for high-profile events, such as the World Government Summit and Formula 1, ensuring seamless travel for VIPs during these periods.
First Class passengers also benefit from dedicated services, including expedited security and escorts to their departure lounges.
A typical day for a Premium & VIP Passenger Services Ambassador involves a briefing at the Control Centre, followed by managing the flow of Premium and VIP passengers. The team coordinates pick-ups, drop-offs, check-in, and airport transportation, ensuring privacy and security throughout the journey. For connecting First Class passengers, services include personalized greetings, expedited security checks, and premium transfers.
The team excels at handling unexpected situations with swift critical thinking and proactive measures.
