Carnival Cruise Line continues to demonstrate an inspiring dedication to environmental stewardship through its recent participation in International Coastal Cleanup Day initiatives. Bringing together dedicated shipboard and shoreside team members alongside valued local community partners, the cruise line organized thirty-one successful beach and waterway cleanups spanning popular global destinations and homeports.

Throughout September, volunteers successfully collected approximately one hundred seventy-five bags and over five thousand pounds of waste, trash, and marine debris from coastlines in the United States, Alaska, the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Mexico, Greece, France, and Australia.

This global effort reflects a robust year-round commitment to healthier oceans and vibrant coastal communities. Under the leadership of company executives and supported by local environmental groups, these grassroots initiatives form an essential pillar of Carnival’s Our Sea Pledge program.
