Four Seasons Yachts is refining the design of its second ultra-luxury vessel, Four Seasons II, scheduled to enter service in 2028. Developed in partnership with luxury maritime operator Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings and Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, the newbuild builds upon the successful Mediterranean debut of Four Seasons I while shifting toward an even more spacious, residential-style layout on the high seas.
In response to growing demand among affluent travelers for greater privacy and flexibility during extended voyages, Four Seasons has modified the ship’s internal architecture. The yacht will reduce total accommodation inventory from 95 suites to 79 suites, allowing for significantly larger stateroom footprints. This change caters to multi-generational families and travel parties seeking the comforts of a private coastal residence combined with boutique maritime exploration.
The headline enhancement is the introduction of Yacht Residential Suites located across the upper decks. These two- to four-bedroom suites feature open-concept living and dining spaces, integrated lifestyle kitchens, and generous open-air terraces, with select top-tier categories offering private splash pools. Measuring 207 meters in length and 34,000 gross tons, the yacht maintains a nearly one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio, ensuring the legendary personalized service associated with the Four Seasons brand worldwide.
