Global travel innovator Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has officially announced the addition of three brand-new vessels scheduled to launch in 2028. This ambitious growth project includes the S.S. Helen, the S.S. Clara, and the Mekong Mystique, bringing the company’s total fleet to twenty-two boutique river ships following four new debuts planned for 2027.

Each new vessel is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the art, culture, and heritage of the destinations it explores. The S.S. Helen will sail along the historic Danube River, drawing aesthetic inspiration from classical antiquity and Mediterranean warmth while featuring the popular fifteen-day Danube Grandeur itinerary across six countries. Meanwhile, the S.S. Clara joins the Rhine fleet, honoring seventeenth-century Flemish painter Clara Peeters with floral textures and European craftsmanship, debuting during the vibrant Holland and Belgium at Tulip Time spring sailings.

Expanding Uniworld’s footprint in Southeast Asia, the Mekong Mystique will join the Mekong Jewel along the Mekong River. Drawing on classic Indochine architecture and local natural materials, it will exclusively offer the fifteen-day Timeless Wonders of Vietnam, Cambodia and the Mekong voyage.
