The cruise ship Celebrity Edge has commenced its third consecutive season exploring destinations across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, scheduled to run from October 2025 to April 2026. The ship arrived in Sydney following a Transpacific journey from Honolulu.

The season features 17 itineraries ranging from four to 14 nights, with departures primarily from Sydney and Auckland. Sailings include an 11-night trip to the Great Barrier Reef and a 13-night Holiday Cruise dedicated to New Zealand’s fjords, such as Milford, Doubtful, and Dusky Sounds. Guests can also book a nine-night Australia Wine Journey that visits renowned vineyard regions in Hobart, Kangaroo Island, Adelaide, and Melbourne.

Celebrity Cruises has introduced 54 new and exclusive shore excursions for this season. Highlights include a captivating sculpture walk, wine tasting, and lunch tour in the new port call of Newcastle, Australia. In Wellington, New Zealand, a new wellness-focused tour offers a guided garden tour, a calming yoga session, and refreshments at Mangaroa Farm.

The vessel itself is noted for its premium, outward-facing design, offering 29 bars, restaurants, and lounges, a wide selection of spa treatments, and Broadway-style production shows. Key features include the unique Magic Carpet, a cantilevered platform at sea, and Infinite Veranda staterooms.

Furthermore, the brand’s commitment to the region is reinforced by the arrival of Celebrity Solstice the following day, marking the line’s first consecutive port days in Sydney Harbour. Celebrity Solstice is slated for a return in April 2026 after a $250 million modernization, bringing eight new experiences and redesigned spaces as part of the Solstice Series update. Celebrity Solstice will continue the line’s presence in the region with a range of itineraries in the subsequent season.
